Giovanni Gutierrez is passionate about helping dogs and their owners build lasting relationships through trust, communication, and reliable training. Born, raised, and currently residing in San Antonio, Texas, Giovanni has always had a deep appreciation for animals and a desire to make a positive impact in their lives. His introduction to Lorenzo's Dog Training Team came through his uncle, who serves as a Team Coordinator.
Watching his uncle's exceptionally well-trained dogs and learning about the transformation they had achieved sparked Giovanni's interest in professional dog training. Once he discovered his uncle had become a trainer with Lorenzo's Dog Training Team, he knew he had found the career path he wanted to pursue. Growing up, Giovanni always envisioned a career working with animals and originally planned to become a veterinarian.
Over time, he discovered a passion for sales and developed strong communication and relationship-building skills. Becoming a dog trainer with Lorenzo's Dog Training Team gave him the opportunity to combine both passions—working with dogs while helping people achieve meaningful results with their companions. Giovanni is driven by a desire to help families experience the confidence and freedom that come from having a well-trained dog.
He believes that training strengthens the bond between dogs and their owners, creating happier, more fulfilling lives for both. His long-term goal is to continue growing his business while becoming one of the country's top professional dog trainers. When he's not training dogs, Giovanni enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing basketball, and staying active.
Recently, he's developed a passion for fitness through the Ghost Class program, embracing the discipline and personal growth that come with challenging himself both physically and professionally. His enthusiasm, dedication, and genuine love for both people and animals make him a valued member of Lorenzo's Dog Training Team.
