"Abby my daughter, did her homework and brought home a gorgeous black lab puppy, who quickly grew 65 pounds of energy without limit. At 10 months, with sore muscles trying to restrain Luah, Abby and I came to Lorenzo's. Luah is almost a year and she is under control, well trained on leash, and soon to be trained off leash.

"There's the anticipation and excitement of getting a new puppy and then there is the reality! We had not had a puppy for over ten years and felt it would be wise to do some advance planning for the arrival of our new Labrador Retriever, including getting some recommendations for trainers. We spoke to two very reliable sources who both recommended Lorenzo's Dog Training Team.

Four days before we picked up our puppy, we went to visit Lorenzo's. We were very impressed with the trainers and the facility. We were greeted warmly and professionally by team members. They were patient and spent time with us answering our long list of questions regarding the management of our new arrival. We felt very comfortable with what we saw and heardand knew that we would return.

Little did we know how soon that would be! After five days with our eight week old puppy we realized that we ALL needed training immediately. The very next day we began our first of five basic obedience classes. We were completely amazed that five minutes into the session our trainer John Staples had complete control and command of our feisty little pup.

We knew at that moment we had made the right decision. We were given the knowledge and gained the confidence to work positively and progressively toward training and enjoying our new friend. "We were at the point where we felt we would need to put our dog down. We had tried several trainers and training classes, but we made very little progress in overcoming our dog's aggression. We heard about Lorenzo's Dog Training Team and decided to give him a try before we gave up. We brought our dog in for an evaluation with Lorenzo and he felt that he could help us. We signed up for his classes and had great results.

After four classes and a lot of follow through at home, we had cured a lot of the aggression issues we had with our dog. We continued his training with an additional four classes and made additional progress and were very satisfied. We still need to work hard at reinforcing everything we learned, but we do have most of the aggression issues we had under control. We now enjoy having our dog as part of our family and he finally knows that he is loved and appreciated. Without the help of Lorenzo's team, we would not have our dog with us today."

"We have nothing but great things to say about Frank Saputo of Lorenzo's Dog Training. He is calm, knows his training and the dogs totally respect him. We have a dog named Cali, an australian shepherd, who is very nervous and aggressive towards other dogs and people.

Cali has calmed down, seems to stay put, and not bark and go totally nuts when we pass other dogs on our walks. Also since the training when Cali is in front of the house she doesn't bark when people or other dogs pass by. One thing we really respect about Frank is how punctual and dependable he is. His control of the dogs in a firm and loving manner is fantastic. We recommend Frank and Lorenzo Dog Training to others.
