What: Evan Longoria is the star third baseman for the Tampa Bay Rays and proud dad to two rescue dogs, one of which he adopted from Mayday Pit Bull Rescue & Advocacy! Come out to meet Evan and our Mayday dogs. Evan’s dog trainers will be on site and we’ll have food and raffle items as well.
Register early as the number of spots will be limited! Your $40 registration donation will go directly to the medical care of our dogs and will entitle you to get an item of your own memorabilia signed and a photo with Evan (taken by you or taken by our professional photographer and sent to you). The Family, Fur, and Fun Festival by the NSPCA
When: Saturday, October 8th, 10am - 3pm.

What:The Family, Fur & Fun Festival is all about families and their pets. In today's world, family means different things to different people. How do you know if this event is for you? If you care for your pet (with or without fur) then you must come to this event!
Admission is free and so are many of the activities!
Adoptions: The Nevada SPCA has dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, and ferrets available for adoption. The specific animals and types of animals that will be available at the event will be determined on the day of the event.
Fun: There are several booths set up for children to experience pets hands-on and to participate in crafts, activities, and educational presentations, and demos.
Raffle: We have amazing raffle prizes donated by the local community.
Lose A Pound with Your Hound
When: Sunday, October 23rd. Registration - 9am, Walk Begins - 10am
Where: W. Wayne Bunker Family Park, 7351 W. Alexander Rd. Las Vegas, NV, 89129
What: Grab your leash and sneakers and join us in walking for a good cause. Walkers raise money for homeless animals by recruiting their own sponsors. (Dog-less walkers are also welcome!) After the walk, everyone relaxes and visits booths to meet and greet pet-related vendors. Entertainment, contests and fun events abound. Be part of this fun-filled day held every October.
Strut Your Mutt Las Vegas!
When: Saturday, November 5 at 10:00am - 5:00pm.
Where: Dog Fancier's Park, 5800 E. Flamingo Road, Las Vegas, NV.
What: On November 5, Clark County Parks & Recreation will premiere a larger, improved version of this fun community event with new activities. Tons of dog lovers, fans and pet industry supporters will venture to Dog Fanciers Park to be treated to some of the most fun and exciting canine performances, contests and crafts ever seen in Clark County.
Strut Your Mutt, one of Las Vegas' premiere pet events, is rapidly approaching. Don't miss your opportunity to participate in this popular event for children, adults and seniors featuring a day of canine fun for all.

Lorenzo's Dog Training Team Demonstration for MENSA
On Saturday, September 24th, the Cleveland Area MENSA chapter is holding an all day gathering in which Lorenzo's Dog Training Team will do a demonstration for MENSA members and associates. Lorenzo's Dog Training @ MedWish Band Aid Bash - Come See Us
When: May 21st, 2011 from 7:00 to 10:00 PM
Where: 17325 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44112 in the Cleveland Clinic Parker Building
What: The MedWish Band Aid Bash is one of Cleveland's premier nonprofit benefits and a spectacular time for all! The event is a chance to network with people from some of the best and most recognized nonprofits, or just to enjoy great food and drink while supporting a good cause.
Lorenzo's Dog Training Team will be at the Band Aid Bash for a very special cause. We are giving away our friend Jack, the black German Shepard puppy you see on the left. We have been training Jack and are proud to say he is not only obedient on and off leash, he has retrieving training as well. Jack is also being house broken and crate trained, and is up to date on all his shots. And he loves other dogs!
For one night, the MedWish warehouse is transformed into a vibrant night club setting to host the benefit. It will truly be a night to remember and Lorenzo's Dog Training Team hopes you will spend it with us.
Bo and DeeMo's Pet CPR Class

What: Animal Lovers and Owners! Bo & DeeMo, Camino Al Norte Animal Hospital and Las Vegas Red Cross are partnering up to bring you Pet CPR EDUCATION!
All money is paid directly to the Red Cross! A certified instructor will teach on pet mannequins all the necessary education to save your furry loved ones in case of an emergency! $51 per person, paid directly to American Red Cross go to www.redcrosslasvegas.org and click on “Take A Class” or call 702-531-0237.

Your costs for the class get you: 4 hour class by Certified Red Cross Instructor, take home-DVD and Book, a Completion of Course certificate and a mini swag bag!
Pets can choke on their own kibble and can stop breathing. Do you know what and how to do pet CPR to bring them "back"? Pet first aid is vital education to ensure you can help in their time of need!
Class MAXIMUM is 10 (due to mannequins), MINIMUM participants is 6!
